Weekday Rates (Weekdays = Mon-Thur)
$175 per hour (or portion thereof), billed in hourly increments.

Weekend Rates (Weekends = Fri-Sun)
$175 per hour (or portion thereof), billed in hourly increments.

Christmas Eve
$250 first 1/2 hour (or portion thereof)
$250 for each additional 1/2 hour, billed in 30 min increments.

Christmas Day
$275 first 1/2 hour (or portion thereof)
$275 for each additional 1/2 hour, billed in 30 min increments.

Reschedule/Cancellation/Venue Change Policy

ALL EVENTS MUST BE PAID 100% 48 hours PRIOR to the event, UNLESS prior arrangements have been made.  If they are not 100% paid, then neither party has obligation to the event.  Any payments received are NON-REFUNDABLE retainer for time reserved.

Reschedules will be provided on a ‘Best Effort’ basis. The sooner you know you need to reschedule please contact us. ACCOUNT NEEDS TO BE 100% PAID BEFORE ANY RESCHEDULES WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Cancellations are subject to 50% NON-Refundable Retainer, the remaining 50% will be refunded “Provided we can rebook the time you are cancelling”. 

VENUE CHANGE – Please know Santa’s schedule is VERY busy and he does spend time trying to ensure he has proper travel time to/from each event. If you need to change venue/address of an event, this will be accommodated on a ‘Best Effort’ basis. There may be events scheduled after yours that will be impacted by a change in your address, and therefore, your address change can’t be accommodated. Santa will do what he can to find another date where your time slot was requested. Subject to same policy as above.
